Q1: What are your main products?
A: Mini excavators. We specialize in designing and manufacturing mini excavators for more than 10 years.
Q2: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral carton and wooden case. We also can pack the goods according to your instruction including out package and kinds of labels.
Q3: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 20 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually do T/T, L/C or Western Union,
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q6: What about the Minimum Order Quantity?
A: MOQ is 1 pcs.
Q7: What certificates are available in Machinery?
A: We currently have CE, ISO9001, ISO14001, EAC certificates and more than 200 patents and certificates.
Q8: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, but you will be always welcome to our company to inspect the goods before delivery.
